FERMENTATION PROTOCOL
Fermentation: At 28-30° C in stainless steel tanks for 5/6 days.
Ageing: In new French and American oak barrels for 12 months with final ageing in the bottles.

TASTING NOTES
SETTE is the love child between the concentration of Cabernet Sauvignon and the elegant floral notes of Sangiovese. The wine is merged with pleasant and refined notes of wood. Finishing off with a balanced flavour of vanilla that is typical of French oak barrels.
